All Night Sound Healing Gong Puja - London Kew - APRIL 2024
Saturday, April 20th 22:00-07:00 to Sunday, 21st April 2024
The Gong Puja ceremony is a powerful healing which was originated by gongmaster Don Contreaux. The word "puja" means honour, worship and devotional intention.
The Gong Puja involves spending the whole night sleeping in the same space as the gongs, with the gongs playing non-stop during the night for seven and a half hours. Different gong players play during the night, each with their own unique style of playing.
The energy of the Gong Puja is more highly charged than the energy of a normal bedroom, because it's filled with the sound of the gongs. Sleep will not necessarily be the usual kind of sleep that people are used to. The continual healing vibrations and sounds from the gongs may bring up visions and induce healing from emotional causal layer which is our subconscious reality, things that we hold from the past. Other over-tired people may go into a deep sleep for most of the night, healing also takes place for them too.
At 6am, when the gongs have finished playing, there is a profound silence, unlike any silence you have ever heard before. The 30 minute silence at the end of the Gong Puja is called a Shunyata and it is a silence of such intensity that is seems full of the healing energy of the night.
We will also be offering a breakfast in a separate area at Livewell for those who want to socialise and share their experience with others.

Our day retreat will give you a chance to pause, slow down connect to your inner self, creating a circuit break that will provide you with clarity, vision and allow you let go of things that no longer serve you. When we unplug and escape from the stress and stains of daily living, it gives us a chance to harmonise our bodies and realign our mental well-being, enabling us to get our natural rhythms back on track.
This retreat will be focusing on fear, judgment and shame, giving you the space to process and release emotions that hold you back and enable you to move forward.

Drumming Fire Circle
The day starts at 10.00 and will go onto around 20.00. In the early evening we will have a drumming fire circle. Drumming circles help boost the immune system and promote physical healing. Drum therapy encourages people to release inner trauma through physical movement and meditative rhythms, as well as bringing people together. We have some drums, but if you have your own drum please bring it along. Other instruments such as maracas are also welcomed.
The cost for the day is £145pp (early bird discount £125 if booked before 31st May, 2023), which includes a lunch and an early evening snack.

Medicine Festival - 17TH–21ST AUGUST 2023
I will be offering sound and energy healings in the Healing Village at the Medicine Festival again this year. Medicine is hosted amongst beautiful parkland and ancient woodland in a stunning country estate in Wasing, Berkshire.
Medicine Festival bridges cultures and attracts wisdom keepers, indigenous communities and artists from around the world. The healing village offers a selection of different healers who come together to offer their unique healings.
